Will my data be saved and be made available even after I leave the service? Top

Once you discontinue the services, data will be stored for next 15 days only.
You can take a manual backup of your case records and follow ups for future reference on your computer.
We recommend that you take a proper backup on your computer on a regular basis.

How long my case record will be stored? Top

If you are availing our services on a continuous basis, all your case records will be stored permanently.
However, because of some reasons if you plan to discontinue our services, we give you a time of 15 days to take a back up of your cases. Once you have the backup of your cases, you can refer them anytime you like and keep them well stored on CDs or your hard disk.

What are the chances of loosing stored data? Top

We have an “auto back up facility” on our server - so except for the last 24 hours everything can be retrieved. If you wish, for safety, you can keep your own back ups on your hard disk and CDs.

What can I do to take a backup of my patient details? Top

You can take a manual backup of patient details on your hard disk or a CD or a media of your choice.
Our server too will have a regular backup to take care that nothing is lost except for something which you have entered 24 hours before the crash of the primary server. We promise to take utmost care, so that, none of your valuable case data is lost.

I do not have my own website. Can you help me? Top

If you forget your password you can write to us with more details and once confirmed, we will resend your password with a request to change it if required.

How do I select the patient? Top

Once you log in, you will have “new registrations” and “new follow ups” visible in front of you.
On the left hand side panel, there is a heading – “Select Patient”.
When you click on it, you get a complete list with email Id. You can select by number, last name, first name or date and once you select, it will open the data of the selected patient.
Once you have selected the patient you can refer to various aspects of the selected patient.

Do I have option to accept or reject a patient? Top

Yes, you can Accept or Reject, depending upon

- Curability of the case
- If somebody submits the case twice
- Your expertise in relation to a particular clinical condition
- Payment done by the patient

Once you accept the case, details will be stored in your database.

If you reject the case, it will get deleted from the database.
You will not be able to access it any time in future. So kindly be careful while you reject a case.

How do I know new follow ups? Top

The moment you log in, a list of newly registered patients will be displayed on your screen. You will have an option to accept or reject a patient. Once you accept the patient you will be taken to the case record and then the repertorisation, as the final process.

In a similar way, the follow up list and emails received will be available to which you may open, view and reply.

Once you open any of these lists, it shifts to the Archives, which you can review in future, by selecting the particular patient.

How can I be notified of a new follow up or a message from the patient? Top

The moment you log in, a list of newly registered patients will be displayed on your screen. You will have an option to accept or reject a patient.
When you receive a message from the patient, it shall be displayed in your new Mail folder.
At the same time, a copy of the mail will also be delivered into your Email Account, with which you have registered.
If your email is delivered into ‘Bulk Folder’ or is reported as ‘Spam’, you will have to manually configure your email account to permit mails from this service.

How do I view old follow ups? Top

When you select a patient and go to the follow up, it will show you the last follow up and the previous follow up. Here you can decide upon the prescription and the patient management as per your convenience

Suppose, if on a particular day, 9 follow ups have been recorded, all of them will be visible once you log in. You can open them one by one and reply. Once you reply they will disappear from the main list into the archives.

How do I store pathological investigation? Top

You can store multiple pathological investigations and report details.
As Normal values of various investigations change, based on the method / procedure adopted and the country that follows the norms, we have not provided the normal values. This can be entered either by patient or by the physician.

What if I want to ask more questions to the patient? Top

Once you receive the information, if you want to know more about any of the points, you can write an email to the patient requesting him to give additional information on the desired area and this can go on till you get a perfect similimum.

How do I use the repertorisation feature? Top

We are providing you with a utility called “Reputil”. This Repertorisation utility can be downloaded on to your computer. The repertorisation feature will be accessible from this downloaded utility.
After Login with valid User ID and Password, you can quickly select patient using various search and sorting options.
From Select Patient window, user can Repertorise the symptoms selected (checked) from Unique Case Pages on the site.

How do I work on repertorisation table? Top

Once you have a case completed, the system will process all the symptoms and give you complete case record and repertorisation table. This is available to you to be used at your convenient time with various repertorisation strategies.

You can store multiple photographs of patients before, during and after the treatment. This is very useful to judge and evaluate the changes during the course of treatment. These photographs can be stored after scanning in “jpg” or “jpeg” mode. This can also be stored with follow up and total management. As the images are in compressed mode, it takes little space to store and it will open in a very short time.

How do I have online chat with my patient? Top

We can provide you with a good online chat facility, with which you can have a chat with any patient anywhere in the world at an appointed time. You can send an email confirming the appointment and a reminder so that both of you are online together. We can also provide you a facility for storing the chat details for future reference or recall.

How do I have video chat? Top

We intend to provide you with a beautiful online video chat facility at pre-appointed date and time.
